Natalia is an experienced construction professional with 15+ years of experience in private sector and public sector Project Management, Construction Management and Design Services (including being a Licensed Architectural Interior Designer). In addition to her skills working closely with the Owner to manage project goals and objectives, Natalia also has proven experience leading teams and managing a variety of stakeholder performance (including architects and engineers, contractors). Natalia is versed in many specialty areas of construction management such as cost estimating, move management, occupancy/workspace planning and furniture, fixture & equipment (FF&E) procurement and installation. Natalia is a strong communicator, a strategic thinker and at her core an effective problem solver.
