246 2nd Street Condominiums

The 246 2nd Street Condominium project consisted of:

  • As the West Coast Manager for Commercial matters for MDI, Mr. Levy was responsible for participating in the design management effort, the agency coordination and the constructability reviews related to this 18-story, 196 unit condominium tower project.

Project Highlights:

  • Since the Project was funded by CIBC through developer Monahan Parker Associates, there was routine coordination with the CIBC representatives as well as the overall procurement, sales/tenant FF&E coordination and other related tasks.
  • Worked with the MDI project manager on commercial management of the Project including general contractor changes, claims management and overall schedule coordination.
