University of California, San Francisco – Parnassus Medical Center

The University of California, San Francisco – Parnassus Medical Center project consisted of:

  • Responsible for the commercial construction management and program management of campus renovations to the Parnassus Campus, including chemistry and biology laboratories, animal research center, allied health services center and outpatient services center. Total construction $35.6M during a three year period. Served under Project Manager who reported through UCSF Facilities Services Division.

Project Highlights:

  • Assisted with managing seismic and utility upgrades, inspection of work, relocation/move management, construction notifications, daily reports, project engineering and other related tasks.
