The South Campus Complex project consisted of:

  • Los Angeles Trade-Technical College’s new $125 million South Campus project modernizes one of the nation’s leading technical colleges.
  • The project consists of two five-story buildings with more than 120,000 sq. ft. of office and classroom space, and includes:
    • Technology classroom building (66,228 sq. ft.)
    • Student Services building (56,302 sq. ft.)
  • Other features of the South Campus project include:
    • A utility building (1,800 sq. ft.)
    • Extensive landscaping
