Los Angeles Pierce College – Equestrian Center

The Pierce College Equestrian Center project consisted of:

  • Two 24-horse stall barns and a covered, lighted riding arena
  • Implementation of grading and utilities
  • Features of the equestrian center consist of:
    • A detention pond, restrooms, new service and access paths of travel, service yard, water station, judges’ station, horseman’s fundamentals area, mare motel and residential addition
  • Parking lot and necessary lighting constructed to support Equestrian Center
