The Pine Ridge Justice Center Project will consist of:
Beezley Management is part of the construction management/construction administration (Owner’s Representative) team selected to manage the design and construction for the new Pine Ridge Justice Center Complex. In this role, Beezley is responsible for staffing a team of Construction Management resources that will develop contracting/project deliver strategy; establish project budgets and master schedules; select and implement a project management and communication software system; craft and administer bid processes; manage procurement matters (including relocation/move management) for owner-provided equipment (OFE/FFE); coordinate with local hiring; resources; labor compliance/TERO; provide reporting; assist with agency coordination/permitting through the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and other quality control/inspection matters pertinent to the project.
The project is a LEED Silver facility, registered and certified through the US Green Building Council.

Approximately 90,000 sq. ft. one-story tribal detention, public safety, courtrooms and court administration and storage complex.

Minimum of five police/public safety staff quarters which will be three-bedroom duplexes with two single car garages; the units will be approximately 1,450 to 1,650 sq. ft. each and located at sites adjacent to Oglala schools and police department buildings throughout the reservation.

Communications tower and equipment building for support of reservation-wide police communications
