Firm Philosophy:
All Owners, without exception, want to know who will work for them on their project, day in and day out. The Beezley Advantage is a commitment to all of our clients that the professionals selected for your assignment will be hand-picked specifically taking into account your individual project needs such as political climate, budget constraints, technical proficiency, communication abilities, complexity and project specific experience.
Beezley was created to address this very need for Owner’s to get the best and brightest talent but at affordable prices. Our team members have all worked at the most senior level in Industry leading firms for years. We understand the need to be responsible for day-to-day project execution and attainment of project goals.
Our staff has a combined 100+ years of experience serving in senior level positions of responsibility with overall Profit/Loss accountability for general contractors, construction and project management firms, public sector owners, lenders, private sector owners and real estate developers.
We have specific experience working for Owner’s. We have an expertise on complex, high-profile public-sector projects in sectors such as education, entertainment and sports, residential and commercial hi-rise projects, corporate facilities and public sector facilities such as convention centers, libraries, museums and science centers.
We have repeat experience working successfully with the most complex public agencies including the California Office of Emergency Services (OES), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California State Department of State Architecture (DSA).
Our professionals are highly educated and skilled practitioners in the fields of engineering, law, dispute resolution, finance, construction and project management, business administration and policy, planning and development.
But most significant to you, our prospective and current clients, is the fact that our team is focused on customer service achieved by developing strong, trusting, relationships with clients and executing Owner initiatives and assignments flawlessly on a repeated basis.
Team Composition:
Beezley maintains a very small team of professionals as our "core team" that are a combination of full time staff, contract personnel, and strategic alliances (joint ventures and/or preferred hand-picked vendors). We recognize that in order to provide the most competitively priced, highest quality services with the most impressive people, we need to model our profile in this manner.
Our clients have repeatedly told us that they are most concerned with getting A+ personnel on their projects with single point of accountability and coordination for their assignments. As a result, we custom tailored our team composition to meet these Client demands.
We feel strongly, as do our clients, that we have achieved our status as a superior service provider, cost efficient, highly skilled and experienced, with an impressive ability to understand our Client’s culture, both private sector and public sector.
Firm History:
Founded in 1997, Beezley was formed by Jonathan Levy to address the growing need in the construction, real estate and project management industry for specialized, focused Owner’s Representation services. Over time, our services have expanded into two Service Divisons:
- Project and Construction Management (Beezley Construction Management)
- Consulting/Advisory Services (Management 180 Consulting)
During the past several years, our staff have filled various roles including: Owner’s Representative, Consultant/Advisor, Construction Mediator, Construction/Project Manager and Program Manager. In each and every role served, our team has learned the client's culture and its expectations – thereafter serving as both a professional consultant as well as staff extension.
We have worked directly for Owner’s as a Prime Consultant as well as serving as Subconsultants and joint venture team members to some of the World’s largest and most respected organizations.
For the Beezley team, we are focused on results and performance. Maybe that is why we have developed an impressive track record of earning 90% of our business through referrals rather than chasing projects through sales calls and lead services.
