Jonathan Levy
Prior to founding Beezley Management, LLC, Mr. Levy spent 12 years in the construction and real estate industry with several notable firms where his project involvement included commercial projects such office buildings, medical facilities, entertainment and sports facilities, telecommunications facilities, and education/campus programs.
Mr. Levy has served in a senior management capacity for Fortune 100 public companies, privately held construction and real estate corporations and public/municipal agencies. In addition to his project management skills, Mr. Levy is uniquely qualified and experienced working on State and Federally funded projects and is familiar with the FEMA and OES requirements for project controls and entitlement.
In addition to his program and project management experience representing a variety of Owners, Mr., Levy routinely draws upon his skills in the areas of cost control, project administration, bid administration/procurement of professional services, risk management, operational analysis, public funding and contract administration (including claims mitigation and mediation/negotiation).
With a B.S. degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a JD from Delaware Law School, Levy has studied finance, construction management, law, dispute resolution and business administration. He has taught graduate level project management courses at the University of California at Berkeley as well as spoken to several industry groups including the American Bar Association's Construction Law Division and the Project Management Institute. He belongs to the American Bar Association, the Project Management Institute, the Southern California Development Forum and the Urban Land Institute.

David Bentley
Mr. Bentley has spent more than 20 years in the engineering and construction industry with several notable firms where his project involvement included pipelines, power plants, airports, industrial/manufacturing facilities and a wide array of commercial projects including hotels, office buildings, mixed use complexes, shopping centers and entertainment facilities. His experience covers all phases of design and construction management, from capital budgeting/feasibility studies to project close-out and includes conceptual/detailed estimating and scheduling, value engineering studies, project delivery recommendations, contracts administration, construction supervision, management and operations review. His consulting engagements have included project performance audits, process improvement recommendations, organizational analysis and redesign, business process re-engineering, design errors and omissions analysis, and project/program management services.
With a B.S. degree from Michigan State University and a MBA from Pepperdine University, Bentley has studied civil engineering, construction management, economics, and business administration. He is a Certified Cost Engineer from the American Association of Cost Engineers, a Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, a Certified Construction Manager from the Construction Management Association of America, and a licensed engineering (A) and general contractor (B) in the State of California.
He was on the Advisory Board to Blue Line/On-Line (now Citadon), an Internet enabled project and information management system for architectural, engineering, and construction firms, in 1998. He has spoken to several industry groups including graduate level construction management courses at UC Berkeley, San Jose State, and UCLA, and written numerous papers, the most recent titled "Efficient Construction Project Management - Save Time and Money during Construction" and "Project Management - Keys to Success". He belongs to the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Association of Cost Engineers, Project Management Institute, The Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Task Force, Western Council of Construction Consumers, the Beavers, and the Construction Management Association of America..

Kris Kim
Mr. Kim has spent 20+ years in the engineering and construction industry with several notable firms where his project involvement included civic projects, school projects, public sector transportation projects, industrial/manufacturing facilities and a wide array of commercial projects. His experience includes specializing in project/construction management with a sub-specialty in preconstruction phase project controls (budget, schedule, reporting, systems and communications) -- managing all phases of project for multiple facility types domestic and globally. His work in master planning, programming, design management, contract bidding, and construction management and close-out provides a solid foundation for successful completion of capital improvement programs.
With a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from Han Yang University in Korea and a M.S. degree in Construction Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Kim has studied architecture, engineering, and construction project management. He is a Certified Cost Engineer from the American Association of Cost Engineers and an active member of the Construction Management Association of America He has also served as an Owner’s Authorized Representative with the Los Angeles Unified School District’s Measure “K” Bond Program.

Mike Woodward
Mr. Woodward has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in project management consulting and project controls skills. Mr. Woodward holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Union College in New York and is certified is most all of the industry's leading edge technology including Expedition, Primavera, P-3 and Prolog.
Mr. Woodward has extensive experience in development and implementation of all aspects of project cost, financial planning, scheduling and systems implementation of control functions for engineering, architecture, procurement and construction, including budget and schedule development, implementation using work breakdown structures, cost codes, cost projections, cash flows and master and detail logic schedules.
Mr. Woodward is skilled with all types of projects ranging from hospitality to corporate; medical to technology; power and utility to education. He has worked on projects ranging in size and complexity from $2M to $500M and has been recognized by his peers as one of the most versatile project controls specialists in the industry.
In addition, Mr. Woodward has represented Owners to help assess and settle construction disputes for more than 10 years and has served on several high profile dispute resolution committees and boards. He has routine experience with analyzing claims, making recommendations and preparing monthly executive summary reports for project status.

Ajay Singh
Mr. Singh has 18 years of construction experience in all facets of construction project management from planning, budgeting, estimating, pre-bid, project awards, project construction to final inspection.
Mr. Singh is experienced in managing, supervising and controlling all aspects of construction including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems. He is well versed in developing technical procedures and execution plans for project schedule, cost control and value engineering.
Mr. Singh is especially skilled in analyzing and solving problem - often participating in the development of the Initial Project Business Plan and coordinated Commercial Alignment activities.
He has managed construction services on heavy civil and transportation engineering projects, hospitals, commercial projects, public works, residential, education and technology projects.
Mr. Singh has extensive experience in each phase of the building process from project programming to financial planning to management of the design team, through construction administration and claims analysis.
In his role with Beezley Management, Mr. Singh works closely with the Owner, design team, contractors and other consultants on the project team to ensure that visible technical problems are resolved before turning into costly and time consuming problems. He creates a variety of cost estimates during the design process, actively participates in value engineering and constructability reviews, and collaborates with the Owner-operator to fine tune the construction schedule.
Mr. Singh has provided pre and post construction services including claim & litigation support services on complex projects.
Mr. Singh holds a degree in Civil Engineering from India's Dehlhi Univeristy and a Certificate in Construction Cost Estimating from Oakton College in Illinois.

Nadine Levy
Mrs. Levy is a skilled professional in the area of Public Policy and Administration with a Master's Degree from the University of Southern California and BS from Humboldt State University. Her experience includes working with non-profit management, universities, and public sector agencies such as the City of Los Angeles. In addition, she is a certified Trainer and Facilitator.
Mrs. Levy runs Beezley’s Management 180 Consulting Division working closely with Beezley clients for partnering sessions, team building seminars, organizational assessments, business process reengineering, efficiency audits, and program policy and procedure development.
An active member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Nadine routinely draws upon her ability to effective diagnose a client’s issue and develop a defined work plan to improve the condition. She has worked with clients of all types, both public and private sector.

Brian Andrews
Mr. Andrews serves as Director of Information Systems for Beezley Management and is chiefly responsible for network systems management, electronic information systems and end user support and training. He is experienced with industry standard applications such as Primavera, Expedition, Prolog, and has developed custom applications for projects on an as-needed basis. In addition, Mr. Andrews is a Microsoft Certified Professional as well as course certified for IBM and ATT UNIX.
Mr. Andrews is responsible for all IT related matters on Beezley projects and for Beezley clients, including dedicated project web-site development, document control systems, database management and administration and other related functions.
Mr. Andrews has worked in the construction industry for more than 10 years and has seen the evolution of project based management systems. He is a firm believer in the notion that no one software solution can be all things to all people - and he constantly strives to customize the applications and systems to meet the individual project needs.
Mr. Andrews has been one of the leaders in the industry as it relates to introducing new technologies such as web-based project management, hand held PDA's for field data collection and analysis, document control systems, and FTP doc-share programs for design professionals. In addition, Mr. Andrews is lauded by Beezley clients for his approach to customer service and consistently making that which is seemingly confusing easy to digest.

William Baker
Mr. Baker has more than 40 years of experience as a licensed civil engineer, mediator/arbitrator, dispute board member, construction executive, and consultant to the construction industry. Skilled in construction management, capital budgeting, planning and negotiation.
For 30 of those years, Mr. Baker served in various capacities within the University of California - Capital Planning and Construction system including Director from 1974 to 1978; Assistant Vice President from 1978 to 1983; and Vice President from 1984 to 1997. As Vice President of University of California, Mr. Baker was responsible for negotiation of multi-billion dollar operating and capital budgets and governmental relations at the Federal and State level.
Mr. Baker has direct project experience with laboratories, offices, seismic retrofits, bio-medical facilities, hospitals, libraries, auditoriums, arena/stadia, concert halls, bridges, parking structures, utility/central plant, ADA compliance, site development and roadways, grounds and landscaping improvements.
Mr. Baker is an active member of the American Arbitration Association's Construction Advisory Panel, a fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Director of the National Association of Owner's and Developers, and a Director of the Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Task Force.
In addition to earning his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Baker also successfully completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard University.

Rinaldo Veseliza
Mr. Veseliza serves as a Project Director for Beezley and is a Principal in our Development Management Service Division. Mr. Veseliza has acted in a leadership role in programming, planning, design and construction of more than 35 million square feet of facilities internationally and of both a private and public sector type. He is a LEED accredited professional and committed to sustainable development and “green design for improvement of the built environment. He has represented Owners and Clients, served in roles with developers, facilities departments, contractors and design professionals. Mr. Veseliza also operated his own consulting practice, Arttech International, for more than 10 years.
As a registered Architect, he brings to the table a wealth of construction and design knowledge that is a resource to all Beezley clients. He spearheads a Team approach to solving problems, from building project-specific Teams to managing a large number of consultants.
Mr. Veseliza has been particularly successful with creative solutions by thinking outside of the box and strategically planning options and alternatives. He is excellent and helping to prepare clients for decision making and educating them as to the impacts of their decisions. In addition, his management experience organizing multi-national teams to complete complex, demanding projects has proven successful time and time again meeting schedule and budget milestones.
In his role with Beezley Management, Mr. Veseliza presently manages a team of 12 professionals on a large education capital program at Los Angeles Valley College of approximately $250M.
Mr. Veseliza studied civil engineering, architecture and planning at Columbia University in New York. He is a registered Architect in California, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. He is a LEED accredited professional and a published writer in the AIA Journal, LA Times and West Coast Builder.

Jazmin Ceballos
Mrs. Ceballos has more than 10 years of experience servicing corporate clients and real estate/construction entities. She is uniquely qualified in the areas of project engineering, document control and risk management.
She has served as a project engineer, construction operations coordinator, customer care coordinator, design/construction administrator, and assistant director of risk management. In each of her positions, she has managed the client relationship as successfully as the project itself.
Presently a Project Engineer with Beezley, she is responsible for supporting our project managers with projects in design stage, construction stage and project closeout stage. She is skilled in bid package preparation and project controls including project reporting.
She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of La Verne, as well as a Construction Management Certificate from the University of California – Los Angeles.

Robert Tellez
Mr. Tellez has 06 years of experience as an engineer, construction manager, project manager and program manager. He has managed design efforts as well as managed the construction process for traditional design-bid-build as well as design-build projects.
Mr. Tellez has worked on a wide array of projects such as commercial structures, utilities and infrastructure, civil projects, modernizations, seismic upgrades, abatement projects, ADA and other master plan efforts and educational facilities/campus renovations.
Mr. Tellez has successfully taken projects from concept to project closeout. His ability to understand and anticipate the risks of the project at the onset helps him to steer the project away from such risks and instead forge ahead repeatedly reaching project milestones on a timely basis.
In his role with Beezley Management, Mr. Tellez works primarily as a Sr. Engineer/Ass’t Construction Manager on assignments where he works closely with the Owner, design team, contractors and other consultants. Mr. Tellez has often been described as an effective problem solver, communicator, facilitator and manager.
Mr. Tellez has worked on the Rio Hondo Program Management Team, Hacienda La Puenta Unified School District bond measure program, Rowland Unified School district projects, Riverside CA County infrastructure upgrades and the Indio Judicial Court Buildings.
Mr. Tellez holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA as well as Project Management, Engineering and OSHA training Certificates. He is experienced with Project Labor Agreements (PLA), Environmental Impact Reports (EIR), Master Plans, LEED projects and OCIP provisions. He is proficient in scheduling, Autocad 2006, MS applications and Primavera.

Brad Kirstein
Mr. Kirstein has 23 years of construction experience in all facets of construction project management from preconstruction and construction phases to project inspection, safety and project controls. He has managed construction services on commercial projects, hospitality/shopping centers, engineering projects, hospitals, public works, residential, education and technology projects.
Additionally, Mr. Kirstein is experienced with land acquisitions, dedications, vacations, utilities relocations, SWPPP’s, master planning, EIR processes and environmental issues.
His attention to detail interfacing with the on-site project team and his ability to communicate effectively make him an asset to any project or assignment. He is technically proficient with project management software applications Prolog, Expedition and Primavera. He is extremely well organized.
In his role with Beezley Management, Mr. Kirstein works closely with the Owner, design team, contractors and other consultants on the project team to ensure that visible technical problems are resolved before turning into costly and time consuming problems. He creates a variety of project reports and tracks meticulously the overall schedule and budget for each assignment. In addition, he actively participates in value engineering and constructability reviews, and collaborates with the Owner-operator to fine tune the construction schedule.
Mr. Kirstein holds a degree from Portland State University as well as Certificates in Commercial Dispute Management, Project Management, Project Delivery from various industry associations including CMAA. He is OSHA Certified.

Pat Shen
Mr. Shen has nearly 20 years of experience in both the design discipline as well as all facets of construction project management from preconstruction and construction phases to project inspection, safety and project controls. He has managed design efforts as an Architect as well as managed the construction process as a construction manager, construction consultant and field inspector.
Mr. Shen has worked on a wide array of projects such as commercial structures, retail complexes, parking structures, police and emergency facilities, condominium/residential projects, office space, entertainment/theme parks, utilities and educational facilities/campus renovations.
