Project Related Services:
Beezley focuses on those objectives common to every construction project such as cost control, risk avoidance, quality assurance and timely performance.
Beezley can provide all special and routine tasks needed to create and maintain momentum during the planning and construction phase of a project. We identify all requirements, organize a coordinated approach, and establish the management systems necessary for success.
Beezley also advises Owner-clients on the best use of project delivery methods, crafting contract requirements that target objectives, assessing overall project risk and managing clear of these hurdles.
The result is to ensure that the Owner retains control of the project from start to finish.

Beezley is skilled and experienced providing a wide range of services through its Management 180 Consulting Services Division. This Division works with two primary business sectors: 1. Businesses seeking to improve their overall organization and efficiency, and 2. Project related Owners, Developers, Lenders and Contractors.

Firm Rate Structure:
Beezley has been the decision makers for Owner’s on numerous assignments, responsible for selecting and negotiating fees.
Nothing is more frustrating for decision makers than to express an interest in a firm based on its marketing literature, personal interviews and professional recommendations – only to find that the issue of fees is "hidden" or "avoided" until the last second. That is not, in our opinion, the way to make fully informed decisions nor is it the way in which Beezley operates.
Our fees structure, simply stated, is flexible. We recognize that different Owner's have different procurement policies and levels and types of authorization. For example, some decision makers are limited by the amount of contract they can authorize; some decision makers can proceed with hourly contracts but not lump sum contracts; some clients cannot hire a new firm directly but instead need to extend existing agreements in place, thus necessitating our role as a subconsultant at times.
