Portfolio: Parking Facilities
- Five levels of parking that will accommodate the swarm of shoppers expected to visit the Village at Westfield Topanga open air mall. The structure will provide an estimate of over 3300 parking spaces.
- Four levels of parking that will provide the campus with 1,200 parking spots for students, faculty, staff and visitors.
- New design-build six-level, 250,000 sq. ft. parking structure located across the street from the LA Trade-Tech Community College campus on Olive Street
- Facility includes 850 new parking stalls
- Seismic retrofit of Parking Structure No. 2 and installation of a clarifier on the ground floor that includes: strengthening the existing walls, foundation, columns, and connections, as well as modifying existing architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing elements related to the seismic retrofit work. Work is being scheduled to maximize access to spaces within the structure during construction activity.
- Renovation of the parking lot on the north side of the campus, entry off Victory Boulevard at Mason Street, including paving, curbs, striping, landscaping and lighting
- Four masonry concrete enclosures to store terra-cover for Los Angeles County Coliseum event parking use
- 110,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose synthetic sprint turf field, new restroom and maintenance facilities and other features
