    • Provided assessment of performance and profitability on general contractor during the construction and upgrade of an existing city treatment plant for the design and installation of alternative energy equipment, based on ROI and estimate benchmarks.

  • Los Angeles Harbor College Solar (PV) Farm

    • In January 2009, Beezley Management provided on-site construction management services for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) to provide design-build services for a renewable energy program on the Los Angeles Harbor College campus.

    • $1.2 billion capital program administration for the worldwide development of Internet data center/web hosting facilities
    • Thirteen data centers located in the United States, Australia, Europe, Asia and Latin America, each facility 100,000 sq. ft.
  • Digital Realty Trust Data Center

    • This data center is the only “green” data center in Los Angeles. By creating a “green” data center, Corporate Colocation eliminated high energy costs and revolutionized the data center environment. The free air cooling system uses the outside air to bring cool air directly to cab aisles, while concurrently extracting hot air.
