California State University at Northridge

- FEMA funded seismic repair and expansion
- $22 million project
Construction management for the seismic repair and expansion of the Oviatt Library as well as the Student Services Complex. Facility remained operational throughout this complex project, which incurred significant unforeseen impacts including labor disputes, mold infiltration claims and other challenging contract closeout issues.

Program Manager subconsultant on the Proposition "A" and "AA" Bond Measure community college modernization program. Program consists of nine Colleges each with approximately $250 million worth of work over a 5-8 year period.
