Mr. Sheh is currently Managing Partner and Founder (2001) of Alta Group, LLC, El Segundo, California. Alta Group is a middle-market private equity group, an active growth investor with committed funds. Its primary activities to date have been in professional and technical services.

Prior to founding Alta Group, Mr. Sheh served as President of CH2M HILL International, Ltd., a global full-service project delivery firm, applying technology and innovations that help its clients build a better world. He was responsible for the firm’s activities outside of North America, including Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Services included program management, development, finance, process engineering, design, construction management, and operations and management.

Prior to joining CH2M HILL, where he had served as a Director, he spent over 20 years with Parsons in various positions, lastly as President of the Ralph M. Parsons Company. Mr. Sheh also served as Chairman and CEO of Air & Water Technologies Corporation, and President and CEO of International Technology Corporation.

Mr. Sheh has had responsibility for numerous major programs around the world, including overall responsibility for the $1.4-billion Petromin-Shell Refinery at Jubail, Saudi Arabia, the ARCO Oil and Gas Production Program on the North Slope of Alaska, the industrial city of Yanbu in Saudi Arabia, and the Global Crossing fiber optic network built around the world.
Mr. Sheh currently sits on the Board of Kinetics Systems, Inc. and is on the Board of Directors for the charitable organization, Palos Verdes Art Center.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Civil Engineering and completed the PMD Program at the Harvard Business School.
